Super Pecan Butter – This is a fantastic, healthy alternative to natural peanut butter. The health benefits are increased with the inclusion of flax seed and extra virgin olive oil.
Smoked Tomatoes – This is a fantastic, tasty way to preserve your tomato crops from the summer. Get ready though – these are addictive, almost like candy!
Smoked Chickpeas – This is one fantastic snack! I have made roasted chickpeas before, but they will never compare to this.
Cabbage Salad – This is a great, cold salad that lasts a really long time. It is a good thing to make one day and eat off of it all week.
Super Walnut Butter – This is my favorite nut butter for apples; however, it might need some salt added for other uses. The health benefits are kicked up a notch with the inclusion of whole flax seed.
