Well, it is about time that I post some before and during pictures so there is an easy place to make the comparison.
These were some photos taken about 18 months prior to changing my lifestyle (look how sweaty I am in the second pic. That was normal then, thankfully it is not so bad now.

Now I’ll get to some pics since the journey has started.
Week Fifty-Six, which is the final weigh-in of year one. Yeah, I know the week doesn’t add up right, but it was due to a change in weigh-in days along the way.
I’ve always thought my legs looked muscular, but I really like how the muscle tone is developing in them now.
The following pictures were taken at 190 pounds on October 11, 2009, just two pounds from my all-time adult low weight.
There are still many “during” shots to be taken, but the “after” shots are on the way!
