Weight and Measurements – Week Thirteen

This is, by far, the best weigh in and measurement day yet!  Every measurement besides my chest went down!  I also lost four pounds this week – FOUR POUNDS!  That is consistent with what my sneak peaks at the scale have told me over the last few days.  I do not understand why, but I am happy nonetheless.  That means I am at 234 pounds.  I guess the one negative in this is that according to the body fat analyzer, only two pounds of that was fat.  Does that mean my lack of exercize cost me two pounds of muscle?  I wouldn’t think so, but who knows.

As I said, all the measurements other than my chest went in the right direction this week.  I lost 0.3% body fat and my BMI dropped 0.6.  My neck went down 1/8 of an inch.  My chest stayed the same.  My stomach lost 3/4 of an inch (that seems a bit much) and my waist lost 0.325″.  My bicep area and my forearms lost 0.125″.  My thighs lost 0.325″ and my calves lost 0.125″.

I realize some of these may be mismeasurements, but all-in-all this was an outstanding week for my weight and measurements.
