Another great video, Steve! It IS going to be fantastic when I can hike longer, more difficult trails, and it’s helpful to step back and remember that those wonderful benefits are ahead if I keep at it today and tomorrow and the next day.
You are so right. Even though it will be fantastic when I weigh less and am in better shape, compared to some others my life is off the fantastic scale.
It is something I always try to keep in mind when I feel like whining (sometimes I slip of course), but for the most part, thinking about how un-fantastic it could be is sufficient for remembering how fantastic my life is right now.

Thanks for the comment Kimberley. This video has apparently not caught the attention of everyone like normal, as there are just a couple of comments, but I liked it.
Amen Steve,you are right I love this video,you speak the truth my friend.Everyone needs to look at their lives,family,everything they have right now and be thankful.Thank you for a great ,oops,I mean fantastic commentary as usual,you rock!!!!
