Twas the Night Before Christmas
Well, the rain has set in and it has done little but that all day long. The wind has been so strong tonight – we have lawn furniture spread across the yard now. Needless to say, I didn’t get a walk in today, but that is okay, I planned ahead for this. I did intend on doing some other exercises, but it just didn’t happen.
I did not fast today, and it was probably better that I didn’t. My wife was preparing food for tomorrow and needed a taste tester on some of it. Thankfully it was all food that fits my eating program. However, I probably ate too much today, although if that is the case, it was maintenance levels, not weight gain levels.
Tomorrow we have a lunch at my Mom’s house and a supper at my Father-in-law’s house. Neither of them are going to be feast-like in nature, so the temptation should be relatively low.
I intend on posting tomorrow night, but since it is already Christmas day in part of the world, and I might not get a chance to post tomorrow night, I would like to once again wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! Whatever you do, whatever you eat, whoever you meet..I hope you enjoy, and have true peace in heart! For once, forget about the calories, etc…just enjoy!

I am going to enjoy – I hope you do too. I am, however, not going to forget about my eating though. I cannot afford to let myself totally lose control, even for one day. I won’t be as strict as normal though.

Thank you Kimberley! Merry Christmas to you and yours too!
GIL is getting better – slowly. She has a long road ahead of her, but she is improving. She is back at home now, and is finally able to make it around her house without the oxygen.
Thank you for asking.

That is encouraging Rachel. I have done well with it so far too. Not perfect, but good nonetheless.
Now on to 2010!

Merry Christmas Steve!
Hope you enjoyed your Christmas dinner and got out for a walk after
we all fell asleep after dinner!
I have been a bit naughty today but my plan was to stop eating when I’m full, regardless of how nice everything looks! We’ll see how practical that approach was in a weeks time!
How many miles to go now in the next week?

Thank you Louisa!
I did enjoy both Christmas meals, but I did not get a walk in. Honestly, I didn’t do so well on the eating yesterday. That’s okay though, I just need to buckle down now.
After today’s walk I have less than eight miles to go – woot!
