I had such high hopes for this weekend and it doesn’t seem like I am getting anything I planned on doing done. I feel like I have just been spinning my wheels. Of course, that doesn’t help my diet either. I tend to eat more when I feel like I am not getting anything done, so I have been nick-nacking all day long. I don’t have high hopes for my weigh-in tomorrow and will be happy if I just stay even from last week.
There is a challenge I am thinking of joining on South Beach Friends Forum. It might be what I need to get back in the swing of exercising. I will make up my mind for sure on this tomorrow. Unfortunately, this forum is down now and I can’t re-read this post. Grrr! That is so frustrating. The forum seems to be back up now, but is running very slow.
Even though I grazed on food most of the day, I didn’t do too bad on the diet. My biggest lapse was eating a couple of pieces of regular bacon. I have to admit, it was fatty pieces too. This will sound gross to some of you, but I really love crispy bacon fat. It is definately one of my weaknesses and is not at all a part of beachy eating.
