I have to admit, I am a little disappointed today. I really thought I had shed a few pounds this week, but only lost 1/2 a pound. You know what though, that is still going in the right direction, and I guess that is what really matters. I also lost 0.4% body fat, 0.325″ off my chest, 0.125″ off my stomach, 0.125″ off my thighs, and 0.125″ off my calves. I went up 0.325″ on my upper arm, which may be a mismeasurement. My BMI, neck, waist, and forearm stayed the same. Not the greatest, but still good overall.
