Today’s word is push, as in push up!  The big news is not whether I hit 100 or not, but it is how poor my form is!  I am embarrassed!  Hint number one for those of you who are doing this program – film yourself early!  Now to continue with this program and do 100 well-formed push ups.  On to the video . . .
